How long do you stay?

I can stay for the whole wedding day. I often start the day wherever the bride is getting ready, and stay until the dancing gets going. Traditional photographers will get you to pretend to cut the cake so that they can leave early. I’m there when you actually cut the cake and when you actually have your first dance.

Do you use an assistant?

Yes, I have a lovely assistant who does everything for me apart from take the photos. As a photographer it means I can work un-hindered and can get all the photographs I need. My assistant has also been known to fix the fiddly bits on dresses, stop babies from crying and retrieve lost contact lenses.

What kind of Equipment do you use?

I use professional digital SLR cameras with a range of lenses and back-up equipment. I also have lots of other photography things in my bags that will help you look great on your wedding day.

Do you mind if our guests take photographs during the wedding?

No, I don't mind at all. It is your wedding and your guests will want to take photographs as a record of the day. I just make sure that when we are taking any group photographs your family and friends know to look at me rather than Uncle Bob.
