We're off to Christchurch in the morning, and even though we're only going for a weekend I know the car will be rammed to the brim with camera equipment, clothes, toys, snacks, and all kinds of baby paraphernalia. And it will probably take about 2 hours to get packed and ready. There's something appealing about being completely single and responsibility free. Although in all honesty it probably took me 2 hours to get ready in those days too...
Remember Stacey and Paul? I shot their Engagement Session as well as their wedding, so it was so so lovely to meet up last week and see Stacey at 35 weeks pregnant! I'm so delighted for them, and can't wait to meet the new little baby (boy - my guess) they'll be having in the very near future. Maybe a Christmas baby.
It was a sweltering day when we did the shoot at home on the farm in Outram, and I had poor Stacey lying, getting up, lying down again, getting up again... all of which seems so easy without an entire other person inside of you!!
